| Restrictions | Narrative films should be more than 40 minutes long, short films should be less than 40 minutes long. Films must not be more than 22 months old. Films must not have had any commercial, theatrical, or television play in Hawaii (Hawaii minimum premiere). Feature-length films must not have had any public or festival screenings in the state of Hawaii. Worldwide and U.S. premieres will be preferred. |
